Ethel L. (Richmond) Blinco, 82, of Martins Ferry, OH died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born May 23, 1930 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Arthur and Pearl (Gray) Richmond.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, John and Raymond Richmond and two grandsons, Roger Blinco, Jr. and Sean Lyons.

Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Edward L. Blinco, her sons Roger A. Blinco, Sr. & Frank (Christine) Blinco both of Martins Ferry and Mark Richmond of Ft. Wayne, IN, her daughter, Jackie (Chuck) Lyons of Martins Ferry, cousins, Alfred Gray, Jr. of Canton, OH and Sandra Gray Morris of Martins Ferry, brothers, Russell “Peanie” Richmond of Aurora, IL and Floyd “Okey” Richmond of Morrel, OH, grandchildren, Frank and Brad Blinco, Christle and Jimmy Blinco and Eric and Nathan Lyons and great grandchildren Katie Blinco Young, Samantha Blinco Young and Ella Lyons.

Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry, Sunday 12-3 & 6-8 pm where services will be held Monday, Oct. 29, 2012 at 11:00 am with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
