Florence M. “Flo” (Burkey) Bogochenko Miklas, 70, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Nov. 24, 2012 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born June 28, 1942 in Burton, WV a daughter of the late Howard F. and Norma L. (Null) Burkey.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her second husband Alex Bogochenko and sister Sandra Burkey.

Surviving are her sons: Matthew (Rhonda) Miklas of Wheeling, William (Kathy) Schramm of Colerain Pike and Robert Louis Miklas, a daughter Christine (Mike) Smith of Dover, OH, four grandchildren; Stephanie Miers, Shaun Nice, Cory Miklas and Nichole Eikey, four great grandchildren, and her former husband Robert Joseph Miklas.

Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Tom Marut officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
