Charlotte Florence (Fronckel) Rusiecki

Charlotte Florence (Fronckel) Rusiecki, 95 of Dillonvale passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Trinity Hospital in Steubenville.  She was born on July 10, 1930, in Newtown, the daughter of the late John and Alexandra (Popkie) Fronckel. 

Charlotte was a homemaker and the heart of her family.  She was a devout Catholic and member of St. Adalberts Catholic Church and the Catholic Women’s Club.  She loved her vast family and lifelong friends. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Rusiecki and 5 brothers and 2 sisters. 

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Linda (Paul) Filko, son, Gary (Christine) Rusiecki, grandchildren, Amy, Megan, and Sean, great-grandchildren, Tyler, Victoria, Jake, Hannah, Sarah, Olivia, Cooper, Cameron, and Mallory, great-great grandchildren, Jacob, Jr., and Charlotte. 

Funeral Service will be Friday, September 19, 2025, at 1pm at Holly Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, with Fr. William Cross officiating.  Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale, OH 43917 is assisting the family.
